NAPLS Academic Achievement report
Join New Albany-Plain Local Schools Superintendent April Domine for a presentation and discussion of the district’s Academic Achievements. The 2011 Academic Achievement Report includes current and historic statistics for most national and state testing, accompanied by analysis and comparisons.
The goal of this discussion is to organize district and building data around measures that include and go beyond the state’s Local Report Card, to provide a more in-depth review of the district’s student achievement. Superintendent Domine will highlight key data, identify trends and patterns of performance, and present the district’s key goals and strategies for the current academic year.
Date: Wednesday, November 9, 2011
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: The McCoy Center for the

Members of New Albany for Kids executive leadership team participated on the Planning Committee and Action Plan teams. We continue to be a strong advocate for strategic planning and community engagement. We would like to see broader community awareness and engagement. We have already asked school officials to develop a comprehensive communications and engagement plan and we hope to see greater efforts in this area.
